Paleo Garlic Shrimp Pasta

We are not chefs. We know that! This is simply to show you that you can eat paleo if you don’t know what you’re doing either! We try paleo recipes we find online or if we are craving something, we take it and make it paleo. All of our ingredients are organic and sustainably wild caught, and regeneratively pasture raised.

1. Peeled, deveined shrimp - enough
2. Garlic - a lot
3. Mushrooms - your choice - enough
4. Grape tomatoes - enough
5. Leafy greens - your choice - enough
6. Chicken stock - just a bit
7. Olive oil - just a splash
8. Salt & pepper - to taste
9. Paprika - 2 pinches 
10. Cayenne - to taste
11. Cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe's
12. Water - however much the bag says
13. Ghee - tiny bit
14. Dried oregano - little bit

1. Throw it all together and add spices until it tastes good

Yes, we know that the cauliflower gnocchi has potato starch in it. If you are doing a strict paleo diet for health reasons, I wouldn't eat this as it's just better to leave it out. Potato starch is a great prebiotic but it cannot be heated and as you can see, this is heated. We will post other recipes that you can use to replace the pasta that is 100% paleo!
